Thank you so much to everyone who came to our first ever event and to all the wonderful speakers who gave up their time to share their knowledge and information about all the amazing stuff they are doing!
The turn out of over 60 people shows us that there are a lot of people out there who want to do something about the environmental challenges we are facing today, and make our local area more sustainable. Together we are stronger!!
A massive thank you to the wonderful crew at Terroir Tapas who gave us a venue. Awarded the most sustainable bar in the country, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to launch! It was fascinating to learn more about what they are doing in the restaurant, through which they have proven to the world that it’s possible to run a restaurant without producing any waste, and at the same time create really delicious and inventive food. What a privilege to have them on our doorstep!
And all the inspiring speakers
