Passatta sauce, milk, fruit juice, mylk: Soya, oat, almond etc. Swap for glass bottles, tins or make your own.

Pasta, rice, cereal, nuts etc. in plastic packaging 
Buy from zero -waste shop or bulk online (see local suppliers).

Pre-packaged meat in plastic
From the butcher, take your own containers

Pre-packed frozen food in plastic
Look for those in cardboard only.  You’ll find, burgers, fish and vegetarian options at most supermarkets. 

Tea in plastic
Loose leaf available locally in Southbourne and Tuckton 
Look for brands that have plastic free tea bags.

Coffee in plastic packaging
Ground or bean coffee can be got locally – take a jar or container as many ‘paper’ bags turn out to have plastic lining. ​
